Frequently Asked Questions

  • Registering For and Participating In a Class
  • What Grade Levels Can Participate?
  • All Elementary Grade Levels Can Participate.

The classes are structured so that age levels can be mixed and kids can work at their own pace.

Lower grade levels -- or kids with less art experience -- will still create great looking and satisfying projects. Theirs will just have less details than those of the older kids.

  • Does My Child Need to Bring Any Supplies?
  • No! All supplies and materials are provided.

Just have them bring their imagination and creativity!!

  • Will they bring their work home?
  • Oh Yes!!

Start clearing space on the fridge now!

The work comes home ready to display*

*Note: The mini sculptures that are created in Gee I Can Sculpt need to be baked in your home oven at 275°F for about 20 minutes to harden them.

  • Are Make-Up Sessions Available?
  • Sorry. We do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes.
  • How Many Sessions Per Class?
  • It varies... but generally our classes run for 7 sessions -- one session per week. Check the class description to be sure.
  • Starting a Class at Your School or Community Center
  • What type of Art Enrichment Programs do you provide?
  • At present we are offering Gee I Can Sculpt™ and Gee I Can Draw™. More great Gee I Can™ programs are on the way!

  • Is there any cost to my school or community center?
  • No. Our programs are structured as "enrollee paid" programs. All you have to provide is the space and the ability for us to promote the classes to your "constituents". We take care of the rest.

  • Do you take care of all enrollment and payments?
  • Yes.

We accept indvidual enrollee payments by either credit card or e-check on our on-line registration system. Your organization does not have to collect nor account for any monies.

If you already have an on-line enrollment process for classes that are offered at your facility, we are happy to utilize that process and if desired, "cross link" your site to ours.

  • What kind or promotional materials do you use?
  • We have a wide array of materials that can be used to spread the word about our programs. These include flyers, signs, banners, and electronic content.

We will work with you to ensure that any and all promotion is done within the standards established by your organization.

  • How do we get started?
  • Check out our "Start a Class" page and follow the contact instructions there.

  • Working With Us As An Instructor
  • Who typically becomes a Gee I Can™ instructor?
  • Because our classes are taught on-site at our client locations, and they're usually in short (1 hour) segments, they're the perfect fit for an individual seeking a part time opportunity in the educational field.

Typical instructors are Teachers, Retired Teachers, Students, and Homemakers who love working with kids and are looking for a little extra income and experience.

  • What are the qualifications for becoming an instructor?
  • We accept instructors with various levels of experience and qualifications. The most important thing is that you have a love and demonstrated aptitude for working with kids.

Of course, you must also have a perfectly clean background and references.*

Because we have developed extremely detailed and structured lesson plans for each class, we are able to work with instructors with varying levels of experience. We won't have you alone in front of any class until we are confident that you are 100% safe and competent to work with the kids.

*You must submit to a full Live-Scan background check and will need to comply with all state background regulations for working in a classroom environment.

  • How do I get started?
